- Q. Why are there no seconds on the widget?
- A. The Android widget framework is currently very limited. The only way to get close to the functionality of the Analogy clock was to generate images for each hour and minute. These images are then loaded on to the widget as needed. Doing this for seconds would drain the phones battery very quickly.
- Most likely our future efforts will target the new live wallpaper functionality on more recent Android phones. In fact we already have a prototype version running now!
- Q. Can Analogy have transparency/different colours?
- A. Possible. We'll probably put options for this in the live wallpaper version.
